This presentation provides an overview of the Initial CAP Eligibility (ICE) process, including the receipt of the revised non-Federal sponsor Letter of Intent (LOI) template, the completion of the ICE questionnaire, the initiation of the CAP feasibility phase following completion of the questionnaire, and required CAP database and milestone requirements.
