The Congressional Research Service (CRS) serves congressional committees and Members of Congress. CRS reports and short papers approach complex topics from a variety of perspectives and examine all sides of an issue. CRS reports cover the Army Corps authorization and appropriations processes, as well as other specific topics useful to USACE planning teams and partners.

The GPO is responsible for the production and distribution of information products and services for all three branches of the Federal Government, including the official publications of Congress, the White House, and other Federal agencies in digital and print formats.
